How can we help?

Short answers for the business that uses Dukky, the people who get its gifts, and its clients. Can't find yours? Email hello@dukky.co.

Checking an email is really from Dukky

Is this email really from Dukky?

Check where its button goes before you press it: a sender's name and address can be faked, a link's destination is harder to hide. A Dukky gift email's button opens a page on app.dukky.co, and from there you go to tremendous.com, our gift provider's site, to choose your gift. As a second hint, Dukky's emails come from an address ending in @dukky.co, such as rewards@dukky.co, with the business's name and "via Dukky" as the sender.

What will Dukky never ask for?

A password, a card number, or a payment for a gift. Getting a gift costs you nothing, and you don't need an account to open one. Apart from the gift itself, Dukky only asks for a delivery address when a gift is posted, and, for employees whose employer has turned it on, an optional questionnaire.

Who else might email me about a gift?

Tremendous, our gift provider, runs the tremendous.com site where you choose your gift card, and may email you the card you choose. If your gift is an experience or a voucher, the shop emails it to you, and Dukky's own email names that shop. If you use Dukky for your business, Stripe, which handles Dukky's payments, may email you receipts, a reminder before your free trial ends, and a notice if a card payment fails.

I'm still not sure. What should I do?

Open nothing in it: don't press its buttons or links. Forward it to hello@dukky.co and we'll tell you whether it's ours, or ask the business it says it's from.

Still stuck? Ask a person.

Email hello@dukky.co and a person at Dukky will get back to you. Thinking about Dukky for your business? Book a 30-minute chat with the founder.
