When a reward is approved we charge your card the reward's face value plus 2%, with a minimum of 50c on small rewards. The fee goes toward card processing and is never taken out of the gift: if you send a $100 reward, the recipient gets $100 and you're charged $102. We don't mark up the gifts themselves, and the subscription is our main revenue.

Rewards to employees and clients may be taxable benefits depending on value and frequency (in Australia, fringe benefits tax can apply). We give you a clean CSV export of every gift, amount and date to hand to your accountant. This isn't tax advice, so please check with your accountant for your situation.
