For managed IT providers

You patch on schedule. Now your thanks go out on one.

Your tickets have SLAs and your backups run on a schedule. The day a client signed, and your techs' birthdays and work anniversaries, still run on someone's memory. Dukky watches those dates and sends a gift they choose: on the day by itself, or when you approve it.

Autopilot AU$990 a year, or AU$99 monthly, including GST, after a 14-day free trial, card required. For Australian businesses of 10 to 100 people.

The dates that aren't in the ticket queue.

Dukky watches the dates you add. On plans set to run on their own, the gift goes out on the day unless you skip it; on plans that wait for your OK, it goes when you approve it. On a gift card, each person chooses their own gift, up to the amount you set.

  • Client anniversaries

Each year, on the day they became a client

Three years keeping their network up is worth a thank-you. Their contact chooses their own gift, up to the amount you set.

  • New clients

    When onboarding starts

A welcome gift, sent when you tell Dukky.

  • Your techs' birthdays and work anniversaries

    For everyone you add

Including the ones who were on call that night. Work anniversaries can carry bigger amounts at 5 and 10 years.

  • New starters

Day one, and the end of probation

"Your first lunch is on us" on their first day, and "You made it" when probation ends.

  • Your own dates

A date every year, or once

SysAdmin Day (the last Friday in July) as a one-off date for the whole team, or the weekend a migration went to plan.

A year of gifts, worked out.

The subscription and the gifts are separate. You set every amount, the service fee goes on top, and nothing is taken out of the gift.

How many hours does gifting take you now? The time calculator counts them at your headcount, on assumptions you can see and change.

A first lunch is an Uber Eats gift card by default, with the same service fee as any gift card. Each gift is charged when it goes out. Paying monthly instead, Autopilot is AU$99 a month.

When a gift card won't do, ask Kwak.

For the client contact who'd rather not get another gift card, tell Dukky 2 or 3 things they love, from your own notes, and Kwak finds hampers, experiences near them and vouchers outside our gift card range, at the amount you set.

Kwak is Dukky's research agent. A person at Dukky checks every idea, and you get up to 3, each with a one-line reason. Kwak needs at least 2 real things about someone before it starts (or an employee's questionnaire answers). With less, no research starts and nothing is charged.

1 research a month is included on Autopilot and 10 on Picks, and an extra one is AU$19 with your OK. Then order the idea yourself, with nothing more to pay Dukky, or have Dukky order it for AU$29 plus 10% of the gift on Autopilot (10% of the gift on Picks), in place of the service fee.

Christmas 2026

Christmas, sorted by Kwak.

See the full Christmas offer, with every date, limit and cost.

For something more personal, one Kwak research covers a group of up to 10 people, and our concierge orders the idea you choose for everyone, or you order it yourself. Start by Sun 29 Nov and choose by Fri 4 Dec: Dukky doesn't take arrive-by dates over the Christmas break, 14 Dec to 8 Jan.

If our concierge orders it, you pay the gifts plus AU$29 per research and 10% of the gifts on Autopilot (10% on Picks), charged when you choose. 8 people at AU$100 on Autopilot: AU$800 in gifts plus a AU$109 concierge fee, AU$909 in all.

Rather send gift cards? Set a Christmas date and an amount on Autopilot, and each person gets an email on the day to choose their own gift card, up to your amount. A new account's gift charges are limited to AU$2,000 and 50 gifts, service fees included, until its limit lifts: for a bigger Christmas, email hello@dukky.co before the day to raise it.

Two plans. Every gift arrives in full.

Autopilot: AU$990 a year, or AU$99 monthly, including GST. 1 gift research a month included, AU$19 for each extra one.

Picks: AU$1,990 a year, or AU$199 monthly, including GST, for 10 gift researches a month by Kwak and a smaller concierge fee.

Gifts are separate on both plans: the amount you set plus a service fee of 5% + AU$0.50 on every gift card, never taken out of the gift. A AU$100 gift costs you AU$105.50, and they get the full AU$100. Both start with a 14-day free trial, card required. The trial covers the subscription, not the gifts. Compare the plans in full.

FAQ.

Does Dukky connect to our PSA or RMM?

No. Clients come in from a spreadsheet (CSV) or by hand, and your team from a CSV, your Xero Payroll reports, or by hand. Everything else runs through email.

Where is our data held?

Your workspace database is in Sydney and the app is served over HTTPS. A few providers, like Stripe for payments, are overseas, and our privacy policy lists them. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Can we cap what one client gets in a year?

Yes. A plan can have a yearly limit for each person on it, and a gift that would go past it doesn't send. Raise the limit in the plan's settings if you want it to.

What does it cost?

Two plans, each paid yearly or monthly, and plan prices include GST. Autopilot is AU$990 a year, or AU$99 monthly. Picks is AU$1,990 a year, or AU$199 monthly, for 10 gift researches a month. Both start with a 14-day free trial, card required, for your first subscription. Gifts are separate: the amount you set plus a service fee of 5% + AU$0.50 on every gift card, never taken out of the gift. Send a AU$100 gift and they get AU$100; you're charged AU$105.50. Each gift is charged when it goes out.

Is this taxable? What about FBT?

Tax treatment of gifts depends on your business and who receives them, so we won't guess. Dukky records every gift it sends: who received it, the amount, the date and the occasion. This isn't tax advice; please check with your accountant.

What if a client can't accept gifts?

Some organisations have rules about gifts from suppliers, so check theirs first. Leave that client off the plan, or skip their gift from your email before it goes.

Leave the dates with Dukky.
